Excluded Persons

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, permanent closure of the account. - All pending bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be processed.

- Odds Changes: Odds displayed on jilipak are subject to change at any time up until the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those shown at the time your confirmation is issued. jilipak may offer settings that control how odds changes are handled during the bet placement process — it is your responsibility to select the setting that reflects your preferences.
- Void Bets: jilipak reserves the right to void any bet where the event in question has been cancelled, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation or corruption affecting the outcome. Void bets result in a full return of the staked amount to your account balance.
- Live Betting: In-play wagers are accepted subject to the live odds and market availability shown at the time of placement. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between the action on-screen and the odds update on the platform. jilipak will not be liable for any losses arising from this inherent delay.

- Errors and Manifest Mistakes: In the event that an obviously incorrect price is offered due to a system error or human mistake — for example, a significant misfeed of odds that bears no reasonable relation to the actual market — jilipak reserves the right to void all bets placed at that erroneous price, regardless of whether they have been confirmed. This clause applies only in clear-cut cases of manifest error.
Acceptable Use – What You Can and Cannot Do on the Platform

- Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jilipak's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold jilipak, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any applicable Philippine law in connection with your use of the platform.
Account Closure and Termination of Access
Either you or jilipak may close your account at any time. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on who initiates it and the reason behind the request. This section explains how termination works in each scenario so that you are fully informed of your rights and obligations.
Closing Your Own Account
If you wish to close your jilipak account, you may do so at any time by submitting a closure request through the available support channels. Before your account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed, and any balance remaining after settling open bets will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.
